Wanda Reames

Wanda Reames, 86, of Alamosa Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Thursday, October 9th at Goodlife Assisted Living. Cremation will take place and a family service will be held at a later date.

Wanda was born February 5, 1939 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was raised in Artesia, NM. She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. Wanda was a member of Victory Baptist for many years.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents: Ed and Vera Moore; husband, William Reames; brother, James Moore; sister, Patricia Hale.

Survivors are her daughter, Sondra Stroble and husband, Johnny Stroble; son, Denny Reames; grandsons: Casey Kincaid and wife, Merretta, Dylan Stroble; great-grandkids: Devin and Amelia Kincaid; sister, Peggy Carter and husband, Jimmy and Zelda Moore; sister-in-law, Nel Moore, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff of Goodlife for taking care of her and the staff of Lakeview Home Health and Hospice for the kind and loving care they gave her.
