Wanda Jean "Bebe" Bell

Wanda Jean “Bebe” Bell, 60, of E. Greene Street, Carlsbad, NM, passed away September 9, 2022 at Carlsbad Medical Center.  Cremation will take place and private services will be held.

Wanda was born May 16, 1962 in Carlsbad, NM.  She worked side by side with Philip for 18 years.  Bebe never met a stranger as she could talk to anyone.  She was the love of Philip’s life and will be dearly missed.  Bebe was preceded in death by her parents: Rex and Colleen and brother, Carl Kennedy.  Survivors are her husband, Philip Bell; son, Joshua Plowman; daughter, Kristy Taylor; five grandchildren; stepmother, Ruby Kennedy; sister, Sandra Holbert; brothers: Gerald Kennedy, Bruce Kennedy and Donald Kennedy.
