Terry Lynn Smith

Terry Lynn Smith, 68, of Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away May 10, 2024 in El Paso, Texas.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 12, 2024 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a tribute of Terry’s life at 11:00 AM at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel.  

Terry was born September 10, 1955 to William G. Smith, Sr. and Annie B. (Tidwell) Smith in Carlsbad, NM. He worked as a rancher most of his life. Terry was preceded in death by parents; William Gerry Smith Sr. and Ann B. (Tidwell) Smith; daughter, Vanessa B. Smith; brother, William G. “Bill” Smith Jr. and sister, Brenda K. Smith.

Terry is survived by daughter, Mikayla D. Casey and husband Ryan; grandson, Sattler C. Casey; ex-wife, Robin S. (Hatch) Smith; sister in-law, Frances (Mayes) Smith; two nieces, one great niece, one great nephew and many friends.
