Rebecca "Becky" J. Dinges

Rebecca J. "Becky" Dinges, 51, of E. Orchard Lane, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away November 22, 2009 at Carlsbad Medical Center. Memorial services are scheduled for Friday, November 27, 2009, 2:00 PM, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with Associate Pastor Joe Hay officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Rebecca J. "Becky" Dinges was born May 20, 1958 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Carl Gene and Nellie L. (Goff) Cosgrove. She worked many years at Carlsbad Medical Center in the housekeeping department and also worked at Lakeview Christian Home. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. Becky loved listening to music, "the oldies" including her favorite Elvis Presley. She enjoyed being at home. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Gene Cosgrove. Survivors include her mother, Nellie L. Cosgrove; daughter, Jessica Evanoff and husband, Nathan; three grandchildren: Lupe Lara, April Lara, Kurt Evanoff; sister, Melanie Williams and husband, Tommy all of Carlsbad, NM; brother, Michael E. Cosgrove of Houston, TX and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Condolences may be expressed at dentonwood.com.
