Raul “Taco” Graziano, Jr., 43, of Juarez Street, Carlsbad, NM passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Carlsbad Medical Center. Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at 10:30 AM, Thursday, June 19, 2025 at San Jose Catholic Church followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, with Fr. Juan Carlos Ramirez officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, NM. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Raul was born December 7, 1981 in Carlsbad, NM. He married Guadalupe Fuentes February 19, 2022. Junior worked for Constructors, Inc. over 20 years. Raul had many nicknames. He was known as Junior, Taco, Popo, Boonie, and Jr Boy, depending on where you knew him. He was known for his wonderful asado he cooked for all special occasions. Junior enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley, dancing, and singing with friends. He was a die-hard 49ers fan. Junior was preceded in death by his father, Raul N. Graziano, Sr.; grandparents: Mary Pineda Arredondo and Jesusita and Eraclio Graziano.
Survivors are his wife, Lupita Graziano; children: Johnny Munoz and wife, Norma, Selena Munoz, Robert Munoz and Kiara Fisher, Blas Lopez, and Marie Jane Lopez; 12 grandchildren; mother, Elva Martinez and husband, Tommy; sister, Venessa Glance and husband, Carl “Chino”; brothers: Matt Castillo and wife, Janell, Robert Graziano and wife, Kaila; grandfather, Frank Arredondo, Sr. and wife, Angie, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Carl “Chino” Glance, Robert Graziano, Blas Lopez, Davin Graziano, Jesus Adame, Jacob Navarrette, Joe Dominguez, Jr. and Veronica Evangelista.
