Paco A. Morales

Paco A. Morales, 38, former resident, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024 at his home in Lubbock, Texas.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM, Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at San Jose Catholic Church followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM, with Fr. Juan Carlos Ramirez officiating. Interment will follow in Santa Catarina Cemetery, Carlsbad, NM.

Paco was born December 13, 1985 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Ray Morales and Eva (Acosta) Morales.  He graduated from Carlsbad High School in 2004.  Paco worked in the restaurant industry for many years. He loved riding bicycles and repairing them.  Paco enjoyed the oldies music and was an avid New Orleans Saints fan.   He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Juan and Elisa Acosta and Remigio and Helen Morales.

Survivors are his fiancé, Briana Briones; mother, Eva Morales & Mario; father, Ray Morales; brothers: Chris Morales and Rhonda, and Rico Morales and Carla; four-legged companion, Deli Morales, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Chavez, David Ramirez, Rodney Morales, Junior Ramirez, Bricen Morales and Gene Holguin.
