Ola "Jerri" G. Estler

Ola G. "Jerri" Estler, 76, of Florida Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Carlsbad Medical Center. Visitation will be 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, February 1, 2012, 2:30 PM, at Standpipe Road Baptist Church with Pastor Mark E. Devine officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Ola G. "Jerri" Estler was born November 1, 1935 in Graham, Texas to William B. and Jossie (Simpson) Pritchard. She was a faithful member of Standpipe Baptist Church. Jerri enjoyed craft work, fishing and family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard F. "Cowboy" Estler; son, Fred B. Williams; step-daughter, Sandra Estler; grandson, Michael Don Thompson and sister, Geneva Whitfield. Survivors are two daughters: Jerry Lynn Thompson and husband, Mike, Jossie R. Williams; adopted-son, Dale S. Willaims; step-daughter, Linda Estler; two step-sons: Michael Estler, Stephen Estler and wife, Nancy; adopted daughter, Carolyn Pruitt and husband, Johnny; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters: Lillie Mae Horn, Arsula Sherman and Genell Cheek; brothers: William Pritchard, Mack Pritchard and Bernard Lee Pritchard and numerous nieces and nephews.
