Linda Arnold

Linda Carolyn Lynall Arnold, 87, passed away January 9, 2026 at Lakeview Christian Home, Carlsbad, NM.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM, January 21, 2026 at Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, NM. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of all the arrangements.

Linda was born in Peoria, Illinois on September 24, 1938 to Leroy and Caroline Stafford Lynall and one brother, Ronnie.

Linda married Cecil Arnold on July 31, 1954. They lived in Carlsbad since the 1950’s. Linda was an avid reader, enjoyed camping and various community social clubs. She loved spending time with their four grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her husband and brother, Ronnie.

Linda is survived by her son, Roby Arnold and his wife, Cassandra; grandsons: Ryan, Randy, Robert and his wife, Raynee; great granddaughter, Arianna; daughter, Malinda Taylor and her husband, Levi; grandson, Dylan all from Carlsbad, NM.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Arnold, Randall Arnold, Robert Arnold, Dylan Taylor.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeview Christian Home, Carlsbad, NM.
