Leta Wright, 66, of Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 22, 2022 at First Baptist Church. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangement. Leta Wright was born August 25, 1955 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Pascal Haggerton and Barbara Ann (Brown) Nance. Leta was preceded in death by grandson: Jake Wright. Survivors are husband: Rickie Wright; parents: Pac and Bobbie Nance: daughters: Christy Wright, Missy Wright and Becky Wright; grandchildren: Kayla McKinney; Sarah Smith and husband, Colten; Sadie Thompson and husband, Dakota; Nick Twaddle; Gadge Little; Caleb Williams and Malachi Williams and Chimene Wright; great-grandchildren: Lucas and Aubree Lotz; Rickie Wright; Jace Thompson and Ember Thompson; brothers: Lane Nance and Brad Nance and several nieces and nephews.
