Larry Bruce Bradley

Larry Bruce Bradley, 74, of Carlsbad, NM passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at the Carlsbad Medical Center. Larry was born on January 6, 1950, in Carlsbad, NM to Richard and JoNeva Bradley. Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home with Destry McDonald officiating.

While growing up in Carlsbad, Larry and his brother Richard both started working at a young age at their father’s business, New Mexico Packing Company. After high school, Larry enlisted in the United States Army, where he faithfully and honorable served his country during the Vietnam War. He had a love for his country, and always remembered his time of service with pride.  

Larry was preceded in death by his father, Richard “Dick” Bradley; mother, JoNeva (Terry) Bradley; two children: Khristopher Bradley and Crystal Hawk; and sister, Linda K. Bradley. Larry is survived by his two sons: Jason Bruce Bradley and wife, Tammi of Keller, TX; and Michael Bradley of League, TX; two grandsons: Slade Bradley and Khristopher Brice Bradley; two siblings: Janice Bradley of Arizona; and Richard Bradley and wife, Cheryl of Carlsbad, NM.
