Kelsie Angile Moore, 44, of West Ural Drive Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away on April 2, 2021, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Kelsie was born on June 24, 1976, in Andrews, Texas.

Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, April 9, 2021, at Sunset Church of Christ with Charlie Weatherford officiating. Interment is scheduled for 3:30 PM later that day at the Plains Cemetery in Plains, TX. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Kelsie grew up in Hobbs, NM and later graduated from Plains High School in 1994. After school, she began her family with her three boys. They were her pride and joy. Later she moved to Carlsbad, where she met the love of her life, Dennis Moore. They were married on November 10, 2020. Kelsie was a charismatic person full of energy. She loved people and was always willing to help others in any way she could. Even through life’s challenges, she loved her family who will deeply miss her.

Kelsie was preceded in death her grandparents: B.F. and Elsie Mae Wallace, Bill and Barbara Ward, Joe and LaVerne Ancinec, John and Norma Cummings; aunt, Sharon Wallace; uncle, Gregg Ancinec; uncle, Jack Cummings; and father-in-law, Glen Moore.

Kelsie is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Moore of Carlsbad, NM; son Justin Curtis Barnhart of Brownfield, TX; son, David Jarin Cummings of Albuquerque, NM; son, Jeremiah Jo Brant Booher and wife, Patsy of Carlsbad, NM; grandson, AJ Booher of Carlsbad, NM; momma and pops, Vicki and Brad Ancinec of Plains, TX; father, David Cummings and wife, Carolyn of Lovington, NM; brother, David Cary Cummings and wife, Julie of Andrews, TX; sister, Brooke Mercer and husband, Marty of Bastrop, TX; sister, Autumn Ford and husband, Jake of Denver City, TX; sister, Afton Ancinec of Austin, TX; brother, Trevor Ancinec of Austin, TX; brother, Russell Cummings of Toluca Lake, CA; fourteen nieces and nephews; one great-niece; uncle, Bill Wallace and wife, Pat; aunt, Kala Massey and husband, Greg; aunt, Gail Holley and husband, Jerry; uncle, Greg Ward; stepdaughter, Daegan Benham and husband, Quentin; step grandchildren: Brynlee Benham and Ryker Benham; mother-in-law, Peggy Moore of Carlsbad, NM; sister-in-law, Diane Athanasiou and husband, John Paul; sister-in-law, Darlene Shelton and husband, Lynn; sister-in-law, Denice Peterson and husband, Don; and numerous other extended family and dear friends.
