John Baeza, Sr., 34, of Artesia, New Mexico passed away on Sunday, August 1, 1986, in Artesia, New Mexico. John was born on November 15, 1986, in Artesia, New Mexico to David and Ida.

Cremation has taken place, and a graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, August 6, 2021, at Lake Arthur Cemetery in Lake Arthur, NM.

John was preceded in death by his father, David Baeza; twin-sister; paternal grandparents, Fedel and Mary Baeza; maternal grandfather, Frank Saiz; and two aunts: Christina Baeza, and Sarah Galindo.

John is survived by his three children: John Baeza, Jr., Marybell Baeza, and Damien Baeza all of Artesia, NM; mother, Ida Saiz Lake; maternal grandmother, Pina Saiz of Artesia, NM; three siblings: David Baeza, II and wife Gicela of El Paso, TX, Cassandra Baeza of Odessa, TX, and Orlando Baeza of Abilene, TX; nine nieces and nephews; one great nephew; three unlces: Henry Saiz, Ernest Saiz, and Tommy Baeza and wife, Patricia; uncle-in-law, Larry Galindo; two aunts: Susie Baeza and Gracie Baeza.
