Joe N. Hodgson

Joe Hodgson was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on August 4, 1947 to George and Grace (Klassen)
Hodgson. He lived most of his life just across the state line in Westwood, Kansas. He and his wife
moved to Carlsbad, New Mexico, in 2014 after having lived in Pueblo, Colorado, and Munster, Indiana.
Before he retired, Joe was an industrial sales engineer working with industrial pumps and
instrumentation. Joe loved gardening, animals, and politics. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, his
daughter, Cassandra Falk and her husband, Ben, and his beloved dogs Brutus, Snooper, and Lulu. He is
also survived by extended family in Kansas, Iowa, Georgia, and California. A Memorial Service will be
held in Kansas City.
