Jedaiah Ammiel Ford

Jedaiah Ammiel Ford, age 15, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at UMC Children’s hospital in Lubbock, TX. He was born in Carlsbad NM, February 14, 2007, to Shawn Ford and Cressinda (Lara) Ford.

Jedaiah truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures: playing video games, watching Anime, chewing Strawberry/watermelon Hubba Bubba, and hanging out with his family. Jedaiah had the ability to make people love him. He is survived by his parents, brothers Mekhi, J’van, Nyjah, baby sister Jihanna, paternal grandmother, maternal grandparents, and many extended family who love him.

The family would like to thank you for your prayer and support during this time. Your shared memories, comforting condolences, and gestures of love are truly appreciated.

Visitation will be 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Calvary Assembly of God with Pastor Phillip Price officiating.  Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery.  Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
