Jay W. Wells, 61, of Tracy Place, Carlsbad, NM, passed away Friday, August 15, 2014 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas.
Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.
Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
