Jaime Darnell Lee

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jaime Darnell Lee (McKalvia Orallo) at age 59, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 in a tragic accident in Loving, NM. 

Cremation has taken place. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM, Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home Chapel. 

Jaime was known by many titles including, mother, grandmother, aunty and friend.  In her early years she was an avid swimmer, loved creative endeavors and enjoyed all forms of self-expression especially in the form of funky hair colors and styles. Jaime had the kindest heart, a generous spirit and loved everyone beyond measure. She led her life with compassion and understanding for others. Jaime loved those who were often forgotten including animals without homes, elderly folks without loved ones and those with special needs. She never shied away from those with complicated histories or needs which made her a light in many people's lives. Her greatest accomplishments and joys in life were her children and grandchildren. Jaime made fast friends with anyone she met due to her open and kind nature. 

Jaime is missed dearly by all who knew her. While we wish we could have had more time with her we take peace in knowing she lived a full life in the time she was here. It brings us all great comfort to know that everyone she met could see how beautiful she was and how she touched people’s lives.

Jaime is survived by her sister, brother, mother, her two children, six grandchildren, and her nieces & nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Clemente Orallo Jr & Valroy Lee.
