Dale L. Johnson

Dale L. Johnson, 76, of Hondo, New Mexico passed away on Wednesday September 14, 2022, at home with his loving wife, Sharon of 55 years by his side. Dale was born on February 15, 1946, in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Lawrence and Vergie Johnson.

The family had private services on September 16, 2022, and interment was at the Carlsbad Cemetery in Carlsbad, NM. Denton-Wood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Dale was survived by his wife, Sharon Johnson of Hondo, NM; two sons: Alan Johnson and wife, Sonja of Artesia, NM; and Douglas Johnson and wife, Darci of Santa, NM; four grandchildren: Ross Johnson, Bret Johnson, Cole Johnson, and Kailey Johnson; two great grandchildren: Beau Johnson and Leah Johnson; and numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
