Cordelia "Dee" Fuson

Obituary Cordelia Dee Fuson was born February 8, 1924 in Killeen, Texas to Dora and Clyde Polk. She married Reginald Smith in 1946 in Carlsbad. He preceded her in death in 1966. Reginald and Cordelia had three children: Barbara Smith, Nancy Smith Simer and husband, Mike and Kay Smith Sisk and husband, Jim. Cordelia married Ralph Fuson in 1978 and he preceded her in death in 1987. She is survived by her grandchildren: Denise Gunderson and husband, Eric, Michael Alt and wife, Cristal, Denene Schwertner and husband, Danny, Zachary Simer and wife, Jessica, Brandy Meeker and husband, David; great-grandchildren: Trey Craft, Jaron Alt, Kayla Schwertner, Becca Alt, Jakob Craft, Zach Schwertner, Matthew Meeker, Preston Meeker, Koda Meeker, Joslynn Abernathy, Jacob Abernathy, Daniel Alt, and Eli Alt. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 9, 2019 at First Baptist Church with Associate Pastor Kevin Pence and Dr. James Jones officiating.
