Chicago Lara

Chicago Lara of Carlsbad, NM came and went to heaven on Saturday, February 11, 2023.

Even though he was here for only a moment, he made a lasting impact in our lives. The pain of his passing is only softened by the hope of seeing again one day. Chicago will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Chicago was preceded in death by his brother, Rome Lara. He was laid to rest next to his brother at the Carlsbad Cemetery.

Chicago is survived by his loving parents, Ricardo and Sharay Lara of Carlsbad, NM; three brothers: Rezin Lara, Ashton Lara, and Augustin Lara all of Carlsbad, NM; paternal grandparents, Ricardo and Lydia Lara; maternal grandparents, Ben and Renee Madrid; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
