Bobbie Valenzuela, 49, of Gwenda Drive, Carlsbad, NM passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Carlsbad Medical Center.

Visitation is scheduled for 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday, June 30, 2025 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at St. Edward Catholic Church with Fr. Pasala Hruday Kumar officiating. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery, Carlsbad, NM. Denton-Wood Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Bobbie was born February 3, 1976 in Carlsbad, NM. She graduated from Carlsbad High School in 1994. Bobbie received a Bachelor of Business Administration at Northwood University. She worked for EPD for 12 years. Bobbie worked at WIPP the last 18 years. She married Ramon Valenzuela May 26, 2007. Bobbie loved spending time watching the kids and grandkids play their sports and activities. She was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rita Sue Danklefs.

Survivors are her husband, Ramon Valenzuela; children: Ronnie Rey Calderon and Bianca Rodriguez, Colleen Rogers, Johnathan Calderon, Kaisen Valenzuela, and Rev Valenzuela; grandchildren: Brielle, Elaine, Evelynn, Ronnie Shane, Easton, and Lori; sisters: Lynn Johnson, Amanda Laine and husband, Adrian, and several nieces and nephews.
