Ryley Dean Allen

August 5, 2001 ~ August 18, 2019 (age 18)

Ryley Dean Allen, a beautiful blue-eyed boy, was born August 5, 2001 in Albuquerque, NM.  He lived a full life until he was taken from us too soon on August 18, 2019.

Ryley is survived by his mother, Kathryn McDonald; father, Justin Allen; sisters: Brittany and Brianna Allen; grandmother, Brenda McDonald; uncle, Lonny McDonald and significant other, Tanna Snow; stepfather, Ralph Vargas; step siblings: Jailene and D’Angelo Vargas; grandmother, Kaydeena Steveson and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and hundreds of friends he considers family; his five life-long brothers: Jeremy, Jon, Larry and Mark Vasquez and Clayton Warren.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry McDonald.

Ryley’s loved ones will have his funeral Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Hillcrest Baptist Church with burial to follow in Carlsbad Cemetery.

Ryley enjoyed life to the fullest.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything to do with the outdoors.  He was an amazing athlete with a heart of gold.  There wasn’t a person he met that he didn’t help or touch their life.  Everyone who knew Ryley knows without a doubt that the world lost out. There wasn’t a sweeter, more kind and pure-hearted person and every life he touched was better for it.  Ryley was an amazing son, brother, grandson and friend but he was an ever more breath-taking man.  He was a family man, always making sure no one was left without and if you asked him, his life purpose was to make sure that his grandma, momma and sisters were loved and taken care of.  Well, brother, you can rest easy because you succeeded.  The love you gave us is undeniably the greatest gift you could have ever given us.  We know you’ll never be done protecting us and for that we thank you.  Ryley, you will always be the love of our lives and until we meet again, find peace in knowing your entire 18 years, you did nothing but make us feel indescribably happy, extremely proud and deeply loved.
