Priscilla Ann Rhodes was born February 9, 1963 in Carlsbad, NM to Phyllis and the late William Beaver. She grew up and attended high school in Carlsbad, NM. Priscilla married the love of her life, Jay Rhodes. They raised three children together. She was preceded in death by her hero, William Beaver, and Uncle booty. Priscilla’s memory will live on through her husband of 38 years, Jay Rhodes; their children: Brandon Rhodes, Jason and wife, Robin Rhodes and Crystal Rhodes; sister Patrilla and husband, Tracey Wright; nephews Justin and wife, Linsey Neeld and Blake Neeld; grandchildren: Kayla, Troy, Ella, Lilly, Brady and great grandchildren: Brooklynne and Nicholas, along with countless cousins and friends.
Priscilla loved Jesus, camping, hunting (not fishing), line dancing, going on cruises, cooking, going Black Friday Shopping with her mom, sister, and whoever else was brave enough to go, and crafting. Her favorite holiday was Christmas–it was nothing to walk into the house in the middle of November sometimes October and see Christmas decorations. More than anything, Priscilla was passionate about her family. Whether you had visited the day before, a month ago, or weren’t even blood related, once you walked through the door you became family. She had a knack for bailing you out of trouble, telling you how it was, and cooking for an entire army even if there were just a few people over. Priscilla left this earth surrounded by family.
